“社会主义法制” 到底是那门子事?罗干大人说的好,就是“忠于党、忠于国家、忠于人民、忠于法律”。比起党来,国家人民都得靠后站,你“法律”算老几?
"Faithful to the Party, fathful to the Nation, faithful to the People, and faithful to the Law." Socialist rule-of-law as explained by Mr Luo Gan, member of the Politburo and secretary of the Central Party Department of Law.

I never said, but I find this fascinating. I keep coming back to it, and not just because you didn't post for months. But just to make sure, there's an implied "in that order" in there, yeah? | commented BoringCommenter on Friday, August 03, 2007
The list isn't in that order by accident, that's for sure. Here we have President Bush, there, in People's Daily, it is CCP Secretary General, State President, and Chairman of the State Military Commission Hu Jing-Tao — always. When you don't have any legitimacy to speak of, you compensate with arcane protocol and iron-clad pecking order. | commented Zou Ling-Nan on Saturday, August 04, 2007
